Happy Independence Day!! #bleedgreen

Happy Independence Day Lovelies!
The country is colored with green and white for the celebration of this amazing country.
Excitement is in the air. Celebrations are taking place and its all incredible!
#BLEED GREEN

Now for the preparations for independence day. everything is green! LITERALLY!!
I know I'm ready. what about you guys??

Now this post isn't just for fashion. Its for independence day. Think back to last time we did something for our country? Even the tiniest deed counts.

As the youth of this country, it is our duty to make this country a better place. About 69 years ago, thousands sacrificed themselves for our better future. What have we done for them in return?
We can't imagine the horror they faced. Alhumdulillah, we have everything now, most of all, we are an independent nation and we have an identity in this world. So why not try to do our part? Even if it is the tiniest thing to make this country a better place to live. Every single bit counts. So as the new year begins for our country, try to a little good every single day.

For Example:
Feed the poor. EDUCATE the people of this country.
Schools like BETHAK and many more are taking place everywhere to help educate and shape the young minds of the youth of this country. So instead of standing in line at sales, try to adopt the finances of a little mind somewhere. There are so many charity schools where you can adopt a child's education.

I remember someone teaching kids on the road and asking to donate only 1000rs. per month, but sadly I tried finding the name of that school but I couldn't find it. If anyone knows, please do let me know, I'd really appreciate that.
This country is hungry for Education and better people!

Not only that, but you can also volunteer at places like Dar Ul Sukun and other places like that. A few people in Defence area are teaching the kids on the road for 2 hours a day and more. A little help over there, just taking a little time out of your day to help them would mean a lot.

You can also donate to Ehdi, Dar Ul sukun, Autism center and in the hospitals too! There is so much you can do for this country and its bright future!

And if nothing else, every single day, you can try to keep the country clean, so don't litter. Keep a small bag in your car for throwing trash.
Try to plant more trees and flowers to make this country more beautiful then it is.

I recently saw 2 ladies getting a share box from McDonalds and giving the food to the beggars on the street. It made my day to see so much good and light in this world after all the negativity going on.
So give something like that a try.

I, also, saw a house with a water dispenser on the outside, so people walking by can have a drink.

Every single thing counts. So don't think it's not going to make any difference, because YES! Yes it is going to make a difference! Every little bit counts.

So it got me thinking, what am I doing? How can I help?
From 14th August up till 14th September, within one month,  if you donate minimum a Rs. 500 to Edhi and show me the receipt, you will get 50% off on your Party/Engagement Makeup and hair.
**For Bookings, please message on my facebook page:

Bye guys and have a great independence day!

ELF Mad for Matte Palette! REVIEW!!

Hey ladies! I'm back with another review! Today's review about the ELF Mad for Matte palette!

This palette costs about $10-$12. Depending on where your living! Also in Pakistan you can buy it Online from freelance sellers. Also an exciting news! ELF Cosmetics has launched in Pakistan so you can order it online for around 1,950rs. but this palette is not avaible on the website yet! If any other news comes through. Please do tell me in the comments below!

Now back to the palette. The packaging is sleek black and I think it looks pretty high end. Please excuse the finger prints😒.
It also has a mirror inside. Which is a pretty great size. The palette itself is pretty sturdy. I dropped it twice and alhumdulillah it hasn't broken yet. But I don't recommend giving it a try😂. I'm just extra clumpsy. God knows how many shadow I have broken.

Anyways This palette contains 10 eye shadow from light to dark. All matte. The colors are a mix of warm and cool tones. Two shades are a bit red toned.
If your looking for an alternative for Kat Von D shade of light eye palette. Its definitely a cheap alternative.
Now most people prefer having more shimmer tones. I agree completely. But having this means for blending out shadows and great transition color and if you prefer a matte palette anyway or want just day to day shades. This is definitely a staple in your makeup kit.

And Guys these shadows are incredible. They're pigmented and absolutely gorgeous. So blendable. Great quality. Ever since I bought it. I keep reaching for it over and over again.
The picture doesn't do justice to the actual swatches. You guys need to try it out for yourself!
And pretty ladies don't get worried that if its not on the website yet. You can order it online by freelance sellers.

If you guys have given this a try. Whats your opinion on it? I'd love to know, so comment down below! And keep a look out for more reviews coming soon Insha Allah!

Also one more thing! Guys if you purchase  2500rs. worth of products on the ELF website. Its free shipping!!!

Elf baked highlighter and blush duo! Review time

Ramadan Kareem ladies! We have a new product in today!
As we know the beauty industry is expanding on a daily basis. With so many products out there. Which is the best for you?

How do u know what to get? Thats where I come on. I'm here to give you guys my point of view on some products that I can get my hands on.

My review today is for a fairly new product by ELF Cosmetics. Its the baked duo highlighter and blush in Rose gold! It caught my eye instantly and I jumped to purchase it right away!

In the packaging it looks gorgeous! A duo! Beautiful colors. Looks so pretty in the pan.
But sadly this is just pretty much it so far. I had high hopes for this and I was disappointed.
Noe I have tried so many elf products in the past but never have been disappointed.
This product costs for $4.
The product does not swatch well. Just forget about picking it up with a brush! And when I did swatch, i pressed in it pretty hard yet still no gorgeousness. The highlight shade was way too chunky and had huge specks of glitter chunks in it.
Sunlight

Indoors

I was not happy. And the blush shade is extremely sheer but has less chunky pigments. Its only for a very very very subtle glow. Which I don't think that even $4 is worth it. Specially when the brush cant even pick up the product.  By all means ELF is a great brand and im a huge fan of if! But this was a just a miss for me.
Maybe they might fix this issue. Hopefully! This all I have to say for this!

Keep an eye out on my instagram page guys @afifasbeautybag
For any updates on this duo. I'm trying to experiment to make this product work!
Be sure to check back. More reviews to come!
In the mean while tell me what your thoughts are on this product? Did I just get a bad batch? Comment below!
Bye for now ladies!

Cream Paint 804- Dragon Fruit! (Korean Makeup Product)/ REVIEW!!

Hello Ladies, hope you're doing well! I'm back with a new product and this is the first time I'm reviewing a Korean brand as you already saw in the title! Now this product my aunt got a sample size from Sephora in Malaysia. She showed this to me and I thought it was a unique product and might be fun to play with and review it for you guys!

Now this is the sample so I think the original product comes in a glass bottle, with a doe foot applicator, but anyways this is called Cream Paint, and the name really intrigued me.

Its in the shade of dragon fruit, and I've never seen a dragon fruit so I searched the internet and I think the color is pretty spot on. Its a vibrant coral shade with a pink undertone. It comes in a variety of different shades.

Everything except the name was written in Korean so I had no idea what it said. So after a little research, I found out it is  by a company called Moonshot Cosmetics.
It retails for $20.58 on the website. Now it claims that its a multi-use product that applies evenly on the skin, and its also glossy. you might be thinking why glossy and how multi-use?
Everything their website claims is actually the truth!

Now this also staining and when I found out that its used on the cheeks and swatched it. I was very confused because it is sticky and glossy but I gave it a try anyways, and I have to say i really liked the product. Its a finger product so you blend it out with your finger, As you can see in the picture above. The right side is when I blend it out and the left side is when I blended it out even more. So You can have just a light sheer wash of color too, the more you blend it out
Now here's what I noticed
1. Pigmentation is incredible.
2. The color is very vibrant but very wearable.
3. You have to use your fingers.
4. Its very long lasting.
5. It looks very natural on the cheeks too! It looked as if I was actually blushing.
6. When you first swatch it, it seemed to have shimmer, not too noticeable though, but as I blended the product. It was pretty matte for the most part.
7.Sticky and glossy just for a little while.

Sorry for the horrible picture. It was a cloudy day. The top picture is the first application, which the picture does not do justice to.
The second picture is after a few hours.

The Product did not budge. I had coffee and kissed my nephew alot! It did transfer though. But it did not bleed. the glossiness and stickiness went away after an hour. When I blended it on my cheeks, the stickiness and glossiness went away after a few minutes.
I applied it as a gloss on lips but you can blend it out for a more natural look. Its actually a great product to throw in your purse and for quick uses. I didn't need a touch up and  I applied it around for 5 O'Clock and I took it off around 9.

Every time I went to check in the mirror if it wore off. I was pretty surprised to see that it stayed on well.

Here's the picture of the product on my cheeks and lips when I first applied it. Again the lighting was horrible so the color didn't really show up well in the pictures but you really do get what you see . All in All I give this product a 4.5 out of 5. The other .5 is just not given because of the stickiness you first feel as you apply.

If you have used this, do tell me what you guys think about the product too! I would love to know your thoughts on it.
Bye ladies!

Origins Original Skin Retexturizing Mask Review!!

So a few months ago when I was ordering my stuff at Sephora, something caught my eye in the sample section where you use the codes and get a deluxe size sample product. Well I was pretty excited about this product. It sounded so heavenly! That I needed to give it try so if it was really what it claims to be, I’d happily spend my money on the full size product! I’d been very excited for this Mask!

As we all know, Origins has released a new mask few months back. The Origins Original Retexturizing Mask with Mediterranean Rose Clay, Canadian Willow-herb, Persian Silk Tree and Jojoba Beads!  Sounds luxurious doesn’t it??

Before we get further in more details , lets discuss what the ingredients do?
1: Mediterranean Rose Clay gets deep into the skin and unclogs the pores, which means all the impurities will be drawn out of the skin and also it removes the excess oil from your skin. It’s going to deep cleanse your skin.
2: Canadian Willow-herb is very famous for making the skin glow and restore the skin and get rid of dullness.
3: Persian Silk Tree is used by the Chinese for medicinal purposes as an anti-irritant and also it helps your skin deal with stress. Yup! You got it hormones or Exams. It will probably deal with it all!!! How amazing is that!!
4: Jojoba Beads, last but not least are the probably the most common ingredient. We’ve heard about it many times too!! It’s used for exfoliating. That may seem like a simple job for the jojoba beads but its not because that’s actually what’s going to make this mask work.

This mask is a pretty pink color, smells Amaaazing and has weird texture, it’s also a 2 in 1 product!

Now this mask retails for $25, and it says that it purifies the skin and deep cleans the skin and it also exfoliates and refines the skin’s texture. Mouthful isn’t it??

So I gave it try and I have to say I love it! I used this on myself and my mom also gave it a go and she loved it too. It’s very easy and quick. All you do is put it on clean face and leave it for 10mins to dry. Once the mask is dry, you wet your fingers and start rubbing it on your skin, that’s whats going to make jojoba beads active for exfoliation. You exfoliate for however long you want and just wash it off! That’s it!

Now this is what I noticed, my skin did not turn red at all! It was very calm and gentle. It deep cleansed my skin and my skin was glowy and radiant and smooth too!!! I love this! I’m glad I got it and I’m definitely repurchasing it! Its great for sensitive skin! YAAASSSS!! J definitely try it and tell me what you guys think about it!

Reserve Your Cabana! WETNWILD (review)!!! (:

Hey ladies! I have another review for you today!
So for quite some time, I've seen the Hourglass ambient lighting powders and blushes.
Which is something I'm determined to have in my collection, but so far I wanted to find out good dupes and give those a try too. Because Hourglass is more on the pricer side, where is as Wet&Wild is extremely cheap! and I love their products
And Wet&Wild have a lot of great dupes!

We've all seen the huge beautiful bronzers at the drugstore,
In the Wet&Wild Color Icon line, the lightest shade is "Reserve Your Cabana".
Which is technically not a bronzer. But its a perfect dupe for The Hour Glass Dim Lighting powder.

The Hour Glass costs about $50 and I think that The Dim Light costs $22, where As the Wet&Wild bronzer costs $4!!! Shocking isn't it??

This bronzer is the palm of my hand! Its light, its subtle, the shimmer is barely there, that it only gives you a lit within, glowy look. I used this and Oh My Gosh! I immediately fell in love,

As you can see in the swatches above,
left side without sunlight and right side in the sunlight, that it just glows. It makes your skin look very healthy and happy in pictures too!

You actually can't see the shimmer particles unless you look very closely at it.

All in All, this is just a gorgeous product and so worth it.
You just dust this all over your face or just on the highlighted points of the face after your makeup and Voila!!
Glowy, gorgeous look!
Also If your going to be a bride and do your own makeup! This a budget friendly product for your makeup kit to use on your wedding day!!

Tell me what you guys think of this? and If u have any other suggestions! Do tell!! :) I'll try to get my hands on it!!
